The Retreat
This is a guided retreat held in a small group setting.
It welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds,
with or without prior contemplative experience.
Practices include reflection, dialogue, silence
and embodied inquiry.
The working language of the retreat is English.

Under the guidance of entrepreneur and meditation teacher Álvaro Guirao,
this retreat is designed to introduce participants
to altruism as a practical and embodied way of life.
Drawing from contemplative traditions,
mindfulness practices and lived inquiry,
the retreat offers a grounded framework
to explore generosity, responsibility and conscious contribution.
Altruism here is not idealism.
It is awareness in action.
