Tibet meets Davos.
Buddhism meets Global Leadership.

At Davos 2026, Wisdom Health successfully bridged the high-stakes environment of global economics with the deep, grounding wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism and Indigenous traditions.

The underlying thesis of the week was clear: In order to transform the world around us, we must first transform ourselves. By bringing Venerable Drupon Tsering Rinpoche, Chief Biraci Nixiwaká, and global thought leaders together, Wisdom Health positioned itself not just as a wellness brand, but as an essential catalyst for Conscious Leadership, Wealth Transformation, and Mindful Regeneration.

“We exist to remind global leaders that we are self-sovereign agents of our own collective society, health, and wellbeing.”

Álvaro Guirao, Wisdom Health Founder.

In January 2026, Wisdom Health brought Dharma and Mindful Leadership to the vibrant ecosystem of the World Economic Forum. Over five days, we welcomed 1000+ attendees—including wealth holders, investors, and global decision-makers—to daily meditations, Dharma teachings, and participatory dialogues. By centering awareness and compassion, we provided a grounded space for consciousness advancement amidst global complexity.

  • Fire ceremony to restore balance in nature, within ourselves and with each other

Just the day before the Davos WEF week started, we hosted a curated fire ceremony in Davos.
Imbalance in the world has been created by an extractive mindset, this ceremony helped to restore balance in Davos and set intentions to truly bring regenerative benefit with all of our projects.

  • Wisdom of Happiness: A Call to Wisdom Leadership

Wisdom Health organised the screening of the movie Wisdom of Happiness, featuring HH Dalai Lama.

Thanks to the partnership with GreenUP Switzerland, we co-hosted the closing of the Climate Hub Davos, one of the most vibrant spaces during the 2026 WEF week.

After the screening of the movie, Richard Gere shared very timely words and opened the discussion for a Call to Wisdom Leadership, a conversation between Brasil Yawanawa Chief Biraci Nixiwaká, and Wisdom Health founder, Álvaro Guirao.
This event led to the launch of the MAAR platform, a movement of mindfulness, altruism, art and regeneration, to pledge to increase wisdom and compassion in the world.

  • Flooding Davos with Compassion

On the very first morning of Davos WEF Week 2026, we led an Opening Session titled “Flooding Davos with Compassion”.

Kicking off the week in awareness, meditation and presence, we invited global leaders to set a coherent and clear intention for the week, bringing awareness to what it means to be a Bodhisattva, and exploring how to act from a space of generosity, compassion and wisdom.

  • Wisdom & Health: A New Paradigm for Wealth

Wealth, in a regenerative society, is generated through the practice of generosity.

Wisdom Health hosted an exclusive program for wealth holders, impact investors and philantropists exploring the process of wealth transformation and the different levels of generosity in order to create meaningfully an economy of happiness for the world and for ourselves.

  • Healing Minds, Expanding Wisdom: Spirituality, Research, and Indigenous Knowledge

On Tuesday, we joined the Mental Health Day at Heimatmuseum Davos in partnership with Convergence Partners and The Real in a panel examining the intersection of spirituality, scientific research, and Indigenous knowledge in advancing mental health and alignment with nature.

  • Activating Workforce Wisdom

What if the greatest untapped asset in the transition to a well-being economy is not new capital or technology, but the wisdom, agency, and trust already embedded within our organisations and workforces?

Under this question, Álvaro Guirao joined distiguished speakers to explore the emergence of applied wisdom and compassion within organisations and leadership structures.

This participatory fishbowl dialogue was hosted by Hurd, an initiative of Kite Insights, in collaboration with TPC and Climate KIC.
